This role is a15-monthmaternity leavecoverfor our Event Marketing Manager, andyou'llstep directly into the engine of our events program.You'llwork closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to plan events that educate the market,showcaseour platform, and strengthen relationships across the IR community.

The Role

As Irwin's Event Marketing Manager,you'llbring our brand to life through both virtual and in-person events - from webinars and client dinners to major industry conferences.

Working closely with the VP of Brand Marketing,you'llhelp run a global events program that supports sales, strengthens relationships with our clients, and introduces new audiences to Irwin.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute events across North America and EMEA, including owned events, partner programs, sponsored conferences, and client dinners.
  • Ownwebinarproduction end-to-end, from coordinating speakers and promotion to managing the live broadcast and handling post-event communications, recordings, and follow-up.
  • Own eventlogisticsfrom start to finish, including venues, vendors, registration, signage, technology, budgets, and on-site coordination.
  • Support sales enablement around events,maintainingtarget account lists, coordinating registration tracking in HubSpot, and ensuring leads are routed and followedup onafter each event.
  • Partner with product and customer success teamsto create event content that educates the IR community andshowcaseshow our platform helps teams do their jobs better.
  • Keep the program organized and moving, managing timelines, deliverables, and the event calendar through Asana.
  • Measure and report on performance, tracking registrations, pipeline, and ROI in HubSpot and sharing insights that help us improve future events.
  • Bringnew ideasto the table,identifyingopportunities, formats, and partnerships that strengthen Irwin's presence in the IR community.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience, and you know how to design events peopleactually wantto attend.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment.With dozens of events happening throughout the year, you know how to prioritize, stay organized, and keep things moving even when timelines overlap.
  • You'rea strong communicator.Events touch a lot of teams - marketing, sales, product, customer success, leadership - andyou'recomfortable keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • You'reorganized anddetail-oriented.From vendor coordination to attendee communications, you know how to keep the moving pieces undercontrolso events run smoothly.
  • You bring a creative lens to event marketing.We'renot interested in repeating the same old B2B playbook - we want someone who enjoysthinking outside the boxand creating experiences peopleactually remember.
  • You'recomfortable with marketing tools like HubSpot and Asana, and quick to learn new platforms like Zoom Events, Descript, or Canva when needed.
  • You know how to measure what matters.You'recomfortable tracking registrations, pipeline, and event performance, and using that data to improve the next program.
  • You'reopen to travel, both within North America and internationally, depending on the event calendar.

The budgeted salary range for this position is 80,000 - 92,000 CAD.
