Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Franklin, Tennessee, Hybrid.
Pay Range: $30-32 per hour
Job Type: Contract

Expected Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday work-from-home.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support training operations, executive reporting, presentations, event planning, and regional communications. This role will coordinate training activities, maintain project trackers, analyze program performance, communicate with vendors and stakeholders, and provide logistical support for training events in Franklin, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly executive reports on certifications and training program performance.
  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations using data, charts, images, and graphics.
  • Maintain the INFINITI Training Project Tracker and provide weekly status updates to management.
  • Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings with internal stakeholders, departments, facilitators, and vendors.
  • Create meeting agendas and capture accurate meeting minutes and action items.
  • Lead the training content development review process and compile feedback for vendors.
  • Review sales, after-sales, technical, parts, launch training, and eLearning materials.
  • Maintain technical and program question trackers, research answers, and communicate findings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for IBEST Facilitators regarding programs, vehicle features, and company information.
  • Provide logistical oversight for training events at the Nissan Training Center and Nissan headquarters.
  • Coordinate vendor access and remain on-site while vendors are present.
  • Support vehicle fleet logistics, including planning, scheduling, and moving vehicles for training events.
  • Analyze certification, turnover, tenure, and other training data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve training operations and performance.
  • Participate in monthly calls with INFINITI Global Training/Japan between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. CST.
  • Occasionally visit local INFINITI retailers or travel overnight to observe training sessions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including CSV imports, Pivot Tables, charts, graphs, and data reporting.
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to import Excel data and graphs into PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management, organization, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience coordinating projects, meetings, events, stakeholders, or vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in the automotive industry, vehicles, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work evening hours occasionally and travel as required.
  • Favorable motor vehicle record required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a training or learning and development environment.
  • Experience communicating with automotive dealers or dealership employees.
  • Experience coordinating training events, eLearning content, or facilitator programs.
  • Automotive, OEM, dealership, or vehicle training experience.
