Human Resources Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who can help us build, support, and develop a workplace where people thrive.

This role is ideal for someone who balances strategic thinking with a hands-on approach—someone who understands that behind every policy, process, and system are real people. What You’ll Do

As our HR Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day HR function while helping shape the future of our workforce:

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, navigating sensitive and complex employee matters with professionalism and care
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, especially for professional and leadership roles, ensuring we attract top talent
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends to keep Tyson Eye competitive and forward-thinking
  • Design and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and career progression
  • Oversee employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with fairness and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, while continuously improving policies and practices
  • Stay current on HR trends, technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the organization
  • Support additional HR initiatives as needed in a growing, evolving environment
Leadership amp; Team Oversight
  • Recruit, hire, and develop HR team members
  • Manage daily HR operations and workflow
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Handle employee relations matters in alignment with company values and policies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR management experience preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
