Who we’re looking for:

The Fruit Expert® - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible

for creating the mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit boxes, and cut fruit

for Edible® treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she

also ensures Edible® service standards are met and surpassed by providing

customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience.

How you’ll make an

impact:

  • Build arrangements according to our brand standards
  • Prepare a variety of arrangements according to
  • customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved
  • procedures and proper portion sizes
  • Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for
  • arranging
  • Package arrangements or dipped fruit
  • Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning
  • standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment,
  • utensils, and dishes
  • Remove trash and clean kitchen waste containers
  • Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge
  • and quality standards
  • Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide
  • excellent customer service
  • Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests
  • products with every customer to enhance the customer experience
  • Uses effective sales approaches and displays strong
  • knowledge of product line; Effectively converts customer inquiries into
  • sales
  • Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and
  • loyalty of customers
  • Responds to customer needs; Manages difficult customer
  • situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the
