Job description

Compensation is based on a $3 tip credit. Employees have an opportunity to get paid more then their hourly wage based on the overall stores performance with a tip pool contributed to by customers when placing orders. $3 of your hourly wage is a tip credit. If the tip credit does not meet the hourly wage your pay will be adjusted to ensure your wage never falls below the expected total hourly wage including tips.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver delicious fruit bouquets and gifts to customers with a smile.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Weekend availability is a must.
  • Flexible to work Monday to Friday and holidays.
  • Day shifts with evenings based on order volume for the day.

Qualifications:

  • No formal education required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.

Plus:

  • Looking for more hours, option to work at more then one location.
  • Tips compensated as portion of pay where pay will never be below the hourly pay rate for the position but could be more. Hourly rate is $3 less where the remaining is tips. If tips are less then $3 the difference will be made up to ensure the pay rate is not less then posted for the position.
  • Incentive program- eligible after 90 days and if qualified for the pay period each hour worked will be compensated an additional $1 an hour for that pay period.
