Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and PMP or Scrum certifications is highly beneficial. Building strong relationships and fostering a culture of open dialogue are essential for TPMs to ensure projects stay on track and meet business goals.

It's transforming how we enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and unlock new possibilities. Our teams are energized by innovation and readily embrace emerging technology. We're not waiting for the future to arrive. We're shaping it, one bold step at a time. To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Technical Program Specialist, you will lead complex, cross functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, Networking, and Information Security, driving execution from planning through delivery. You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high impact programs, starting with a company wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation that will reshape how access is managed across the organization and directly impact security, compliance, and operational excellence at scale.

What you'll do
  • Lead end to end delivery of complex, cross functional IT programs, with a focus on IAM transformation and security initiatives.

  • Build and drive program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams.

  • Partner across Enterprise IT, Network Engineering, Security Engineering, Compliance, and Technical Operations to align priorities and execution.

  • Identify, track, and manage cross team dependencies, risks, and blockers, driving resolution with clear mitigation strategies.

  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

  • Lead rollout and modernization of IAM capabilities, including provisioning, authentication (SSO and MFA), authorization, and governance.

  • Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban, improving team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.

  • Provide clear, concise reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and executive stakeholders.

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within IT, infrastructure, or security environments.

  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, networking, and information security (IAM experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication (SSO/MFA), RBAC, and governance.

  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments with knowledge of security frameworks and audit requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities, and maintain a clear source of truth across tools and teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across highly technical teams.

  • You bring structure to ambiguity, connect technical and business teams with clarity, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
