Job description

Job Summary:
Diamondback Energy is seeking an SAP Full Stack Developer with experience in SAP Fiori, ABAP on HANA, and SAP S/4HANA. This role plays a key part in designing, building, and modernizing SAP applications while defining development standards and architecture across the SAP landscape.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori applications using Fiori Elements and SAPUI5, ensuring alignment with SAP UX and design standards
• Build scalable transactional and analytical applications using ABAP on HANA technologies, including RAP, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services
• Develop and maintain high‑performance backend services and data models leveraging HANA push‑down techniques and clean‑core principles
• Implement complex business logic and integrations across SAP modules such as FI/CO, PS, MM, JVA, and PRA
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP full‑stack solutions
• Contribute to SAP development standards, architecture decisions, and best practices while staying current on emerging SAP technologies and AI‑enabled capabilities
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Fiori Elements and SAPUI5 development
• 3+ years of experience with ABAP on HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP
• Strong experience developing OData services and full‑stack SAP applications
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core SAP modules (FI/CO, PS, MM, JVA, PRA)
Preferred:
• 5+ years of experience in SAP full‑stack development
• Experience defining or influencing SAP development standards and architecture
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted SAP development tools, including SAP Joule
• Oil & gas industry experience with an understanding of operational business processes
