Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Stafford, Virginia.

Ready to help students find their voice and prepare for the future? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary and high school students in Stafford, VA, during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services to support students' academic, social, and functional communication goals.
Partner with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Support students in developing functional communication, self-advocacy, and language skills that promote academic success and independence.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working in a secondary school setting or with adolescents highly preferred
