Job description

CornerStone Staffing has partnered with the Dallas County Elections and is seeking an Admin Assistant for Records Management.

If you have great customer service experience and love supporting a team we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Admin Assistant - Records Management

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM

Overtime will be required and is MANDATORY - must be flexible Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-12:00AM

Start Date: TBD

Pay: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Associates will be de-processing orange cases/blue document bags: pulling documents, noting checklists (data entry), scanning paper documents, and physical inspection of paper ballots
  • Other duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
  • Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills
  • HS diploma or GED required
