Play a Key Coordination Role Across Sales, Marketing & Customers

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a global beverage manufacturer to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator supporting the company's U.S. Sales organization, headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

We're looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive professional to become the operational backbone of our U.S. commercial team. This role sits at the center of our day-to-day sales operations, partnering closely with customers, distributors, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to keep initiatives moving forward and ensure exceptional customer support.

This is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, national accounts, and ongoing projects. Success comes from exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while keeping every moving part on track.

If you enjoy working behind the scenes to help a sales organization succeed, thrive in dynamic environments, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

    What You'll Be Doing
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
    • Support the National Business Development Manager with day-to-day sales administration and account coordination.
    • Coordinate customer onboarding, account setup, order follow-up, and ongoing account support.
    • Assist in planning and executing national trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and logistics teams to keep projects, timelines, and deliverables on schedule.
    • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners across the United States to ensure seamless communication and execution.
    • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, customer activity, and marketing performance tracking.
    • Keep product information, sales collateral, pricing sheets, and marketing assets accurate and current.
    • Coordinate product samples, point-of-sale materials, promotional items, and event resources.
    • Support marketing campaigns and product launches by coordinating timelines, materials, and internal stakeholders.
    • Assist with general office administration while supporting the day-to-day operations of the U.S. Sales headquarters.

    What We're Looking For
    • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
    • OneWorld CRM background a plus, but not required.
    • A proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
    • Ability to travel periodically for national trade shows and customer events (overnight travel required).
    • Preferred experience in beverage, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), foodservice, or distribution environments.

    Why Join Us
    • Join a growing global beverage company with an expanding U.S. footprint.
    • Work alongside an experienced National Business Development Manager and executive leadership team.
    • Gain exposure to national customers, distributors, and strategic sales initiatives.
    • Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values ownership and initiative.
    • Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities tied to company growth.
    • Medical benefits, 401(k), and travel expense reimbursement.
    • Strong career advancement opportunities into sales, account management, marketing, or commercial operations as the organization continues to expand.
