Overview

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Director to lead and own the digital marketing space across our diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts. This position will serve as the digital expert within CoralTree, where property teams come for feedback, guidance, and support on all digital marketing, website, and email-related matters. The Digital Marketing Director will also oversee the execution of digital health checks, working with our 3rd party agency of record to ensure properties are maintaining and improving their websites and digital footprints on a continuous basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and be responsible for ensuring that all property websites are best in class and are performing optimally. In addition, this role will help lead the CoralTree Digital Brand Experience, driving a cohesive, innovative, and results-oriented digital strategy across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Expertise and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing, website, and email-related inquiries across the portfolio. Own the digital marketing space and be the technical expert for CoralTree Hospitality. Provide feedback and analysis when needed on agency calls and developer requests.
  • Portfolio Digital Health Checks: Oversee the execution of digital health checks in collaboration with our partner agencies of record, to monitor and improve the digital performance of each property. Ensure properties are dominating their digital backyards by optimizing websites and digital footprints in all areas.
  • CoralTree Digital Brand Experience: Lead the CoralTree Digital Brand Experience, ensuring a cohesive and innovative digital presence across all properties. Maintain a consistent brand identity across websites and email campaigns, focusing on user experience (UX), performance optimization, and personalized engagement. By collaborating with property teams and leveraging data-driven insights, this position will create compelling digital storytelling that enhances guest engagement and drives conversions. The goal is to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects CoralTree's high standards, delivering a seamless and impactful guest journey from research to post stay.
  • Data & Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including websites and email campaigns. Provide actionable insights to optimize digital strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Digital Compliance: Ensure all property websites comply with ADA guidelines and cookie compliance regulations. Work with property teams to implement necessary updates and maintain ongoing compliance.
  • Performance Marketing: Working with digital agencies, manage performance marketing channels (SEM, SEO, PPC, email marketing) to optimize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with marketing and revenue management teams to develop strategies that support revenue goals.
  • Website and E-commerce Management: Manage website performance, user experience, and e-commerce functionality to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with web developers/agencies and IT teams to ensure optimal site functionality and improvements.
  • AI and Personalization Champion: Work with corporate IT and property teams to leverage approved AI-driven technologies and tools to deliver highly personalized and relevant guest experiences across all digital platforms. Being at the forefront of AI and personalization, use data and automation to craft tailored content, offers, and messaging that enhance engagement and drive conversions. This role will be key in helping CoralTree get to the cutting edge of digital innovation, with the goal of providing seamless, customized interactions for guests at every touchpoint.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and digital/AI trends and emerging technologies. Introduce new ideas and initiatives to keep CoralTree at the forefront of digital marketing acumen.
  • Lead domain and URL management across the portfolio, overseeing domain transitions, redirects, and DNS setup to ensure seamless launches for new properties and uninterrupted digital performance during property onboarding, rebranding, and ownership transitions.
  • Oversee and optimize collection-wide third-party platform partnerships-including Chatmeter, TripAdvisor, Yelp, SinglePlatform, and other review, reputation, and listing management tools-ensuring consistent brand standards, accurate property information, performance optimization, and scalable programs across the portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design principles.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of web design, development, UX principles, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Ability to work across organizational discipline.

Wage: $130,000 to $140,000 per year
