  • Support our team members by providing coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary, while also administering associate benefits and open enrollment to help our team members feel valued and supported.
  • Responsible for coordination of all team member new hire orientations, recognition programs and events.
  • Responsible for conducting annual team member opinion engagement surveys, and evaluating and communicating results.
  • Administer FMLA/LOA functions with compassion and empathy, ensuring our team members feel supported during times of need.

  • Energetic self-starter, with strong leadership skills, work ethic, and highest level of integrity.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, 
  • Minimum of 3 years in Huaman Resoursces Generalist or Recruiting Role.
  • Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting, international and domestic.
  • A hands-on leader who values relationship building with all team members.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, with the ability to learn HRIS systems (iCIMS and UKG experience a plus).
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a preferred.
