Store Manager, you won't just run a store, you'll lead it. The salary range for this role is $74,000-$78,000 annually, plus a monthly bonus. We believe in a life/work balance! This role leads a team for at least 40 hours a week (in-store), which provides the ability to spend the remainder of the week doing the things YOU love best! What you will do You're a results-driven retail leader who knows how to run a high-performing store. You bring strong customer focus, sharp business instincts, and the ability to build and develop a winning team. In this role, you'll lead a world-class retail team. Driving store success through smart execution and operational excellence.
- Full responsibility for store performance, including sales results, financial performance, merchandising, inventory, and staffing strategy.
- Hiring, talent development, and key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR.
- Daily operations that deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals.
- Sales action plans that grow market impact and community presence.
- Performance analysis, trend identification, and operational improvements.
- Workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and labor management.
- Independent judgment in store-level operational and employee relations decisions.
- Strategic partnership with leadership, including performance reporting and business insights.
- A culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
