New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply! Feeding experience is preferred. The Speech Language Pathologist II assesses and treats patients who have speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. This position is able to effectively and efficiently treat all patients in their clinical practice setting and complete all speech language pathology job functions with minimal guidance. This role requires independent practice in the primary setting and may require mentoring/guidance in complex situations and may have difficulty with cross coverage to other settings. This position initiates communication amongst inter-disciplinary team members, treats familiar patients with confidence, and advocates for their patients and team.
