    The Manager, CRM Platforms is accountable for leading the development and ongoing evolution of Cone Health's enterprise CRM and engagement platforms in support of contact center operations and an integrated, consumer centric experience. This role ensures CRM capabilities align with Cone Health's strategic priorities by enabling efficient, data driven contact center workflows while strengthening how consumers engage with Cone Health across digital and assisted channels.
    Essential Job Function
    • Build and lead the Salesforce development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop a strategic roadmap for Salesforce enhancements.
    • Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
    • Manage integration efforts between Salesforce and other internal systems and third-party applications.
    • Establish and maintain a governance framework for Salesforce development, ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.
    • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve system capabilities.
    • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education
    • Required: Bachelor's degree in a discipline requiring mastery of information technology and software development principles. Preferred: Master's degree in information technology or related field

    Experience
    • Required: 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). 5+ years in a leadership role, managing development teams and complex projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, tools, and best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Preferred: 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable. Experience working in a healthcare technology environment.
