    The Project Manager IT Senior manages and oversees all aspects of technology projects to ensure they are completed on time and within the budget. This position spends the majority of their time addressing complex issues under minimal supervision. This position is responsible for reviewing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
    For this ERP Senior PM: ERP Project Manager:
    We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and oversee critical initiatives focused on Accounting, Finance, Budget, and Planning-related modules. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
    Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience managing ERP projects, particularly in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain domains.
    • Strong knowledge of Workday ERP systems, including Workday HCM, Workday Integration, and Financial Systems.
    • Proven expertise in project coordination, resource allocation, and managing deliverables.
    • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning tools and methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute rollout plans and testing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Experience in change management and user training related to ERP implementations.
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Essential Job Function
    • * Performs all routine project management practices according to PMI guidance.
    • * Serves as an advisor on key projects being led by less experienced project management professionals.
    • * Establishes project status reporting templates targeted to each set of stakeholders typically associated with a project.
    • * Collaborates and guides the building of best practices and processes for IT project management.
    • * Performs continuously learning across the IT service spectrum focusing on building a strong foundation of technical knowledge.
    • * Performs routine Program and Portfolio Management activities as needed within the IT department.
    • * Coaches and mentors other project management professionals, project stakeholders, and IT colleagues on project management best practices.
    • * Performs other duties as assigned.
