THE TEAM
The Executive, Brand Marketing and Communications, AMER sits within the Brand division and reports to the Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, EMEA & AMER. The role works closely with regional properties and their marketing and communications teams to support brand management, communications activity, and high-quality go-to-market execution across the AMERS region.
YOUR ROLE
As Executive, Brand Marketing and Communications, AMER, you will provide administrative, clerical, and organisational support to help regional properties deliver strategic and high-quality marketing plans. You will play an important role in supporting brand clarity, communications activity, regional events, internal coordination, budget processes, and the maintenance of key marketing and communications resources.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Build strong relationships with property marketing and communications teams through regular calls and communication, tracking activities, sharing brand updates, and providing support.
  • Support media enquiries by coordinating with properties and preparing spokesperson materials.
  • Create, maintain, and update central databases for media, influencers, and other stakeholders, while supporting gifting and communications initiatives.
  • Manage the press library, digital asset management system, regional marketing and communications files, and departmental content, files, and folders.
  • Coordinate corporate newsletter activity, including hotel content, layout, approvals, and distribution.
  • Support regional and brand events, including planning, logistics, vendor communication, property openings, presentations, training workshops, press trips, and alignment with brand strategy.

COULD THIS BE YOU?
  • You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • You bring strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • You are meticulous and comfortable working with numbers, including budget tracking, purchase orders, expenses, and claims
  • You have a background in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline
  • You bring experience in a corporate office, coordinator, or project management environment, ideally within hospitality or an advertising agency setting
