Quality Control Manager

Saginaw, AL
Full-Time

Lead Quality for a Growing Manufacturing Operation

An established precision metal manufacturing company in Saginaw, Alabama is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee product quality, inspections, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

This is a hands-on leadership role working directly on the production floor to ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured parts

• Perform dimensional inspections

• Operate precision measuring equipment

• Use CMM and ROMER Arm equipment

• Complete PPAP documentation

• Ensure on-time inspections

• Maintain inspection records

• Support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Three or more years of Quality Control experience

• Manufacturing experience required

• Ability to read blueprints

• Experience using precision measuring equipment

• Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of PPAP

• ERP experience preferred

• ROMER Arm experience preferred
