    We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who wants to lead recruiters, use data to make smarter decisions, and experiment with new ways of hiring — especially through digital recruiting and analytics.

    WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EXCITING

    • You’ll lead a team — not just manage requisitions
    • You’ll have space to test ideas and improve how we recruit
    • You’ll work with recruiting data and dashboards to guide decisions
    • You’ll help shape digital recruiting, social media, and outreach

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Lead and support a team of recruiters
    • Partner with leaders to meet hiring goals
    • Track recruiting metrics and spot opportunities to improve
    • Help evolve recruiting analytics (Tableau experience a plus)
    • Support recruitment marketing and digital sourcing efforts
    • Build relationships with community and workforce partners

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Recruiting leadership experience or readiness for your next step
    • A track record of hitting hiring goals
    • Interest or experience in analytics, dashboards, or BI tools
    • Comfort with digital recruiting and social media
    • Curiosity, adaptability, and a builder mindset
    • ATS experience (UKG/Ultipro a plus)
