Job Summary:
The Project Manager leads all phases of on-site project execution, ensuring alignment with Centurion's standards for safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control. This role involves supervising field operations, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, managing financials, and driving project completion on time and within budget. The Project Manager plays a critical role in problem-solving, client relations, and mentoring field staff, while actively contributing to continuous improvement and preconstruction planning.
Role Expectations:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of on-site project execution to meet scope, schedule, and cost goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and Centurion standards across all site activities.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Produce and manage accurate project documentation, financial reports, and progress updates.
  • Mentor and support field staff development while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Knowledge of commercial construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including drawings, contracts, and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Proven leadership abilities to mentor, support, and manage project teams.
  • Proficiency with construction-related software such as Procore and digital project management tools.
  • Ability to identify project risks and implement proactive, effective solutions.
  • Commitment to safety, quality control, and compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within commercial construction.
