Senior Remote Property Manager - Short-Term Rentals

We're looking for a high-performing Senior Remote Property Manager to take full ownership of a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at driving revenue, optimizing operations, and delivering outstanding guest experiences at scale. You'll play a key role in shaping performance, implementing strategy, and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Guest Experience- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties
- Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
- Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings
- Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance
- Use Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows
- Automate guest communication and operational processes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date property and booking data
