Senior Remote Property Manager - Short-Term Rentals
Location: North America (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
We're looking for a high-performing Remote Property Manager to oversee and optimize a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Guest Experience- Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties
- Handle calendars, bookings, and guest communication with professionalism
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
- Maintain high ratings and positive guest experiences across all properties
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to optimize listings
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and property performance
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows
- Keep calendars, bookings, and operational data accurate and up-to-date
- Optimize processes using automation tools for guest communication and property operations
- Ensure compliance with local and international short-term rental regulations
- Apply industry best practices to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Maintain consistency and quality across all properties
Required Experience
- Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties

- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote setting
