Account Manager
We are actively seeking a new Account Manager to join the team to grow our Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Digital and Services and Solutions business.
As an Account Manager at CBT, understanding Solution Selling is not just a requirement, it's a passion. You will wake up every day working to find ways to improve our customers’ productivity, operational efficiencies, safety, and reliability and increase customers’ profits. A thriving Account Manager at CBT understands the importance of exceptional relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills. Leveraging the deep and wide bench of technical expertise and talent within CBT, Account Managers define and deliver value to our customers by developing a deep understanding of their respective businesses and bringing forward custom solutions.
Our Account Managers operate as if the company were their own, exhibiting leadership, courage, growth, and action. They are great communicators and work hard to build trust with customers and within the CBT organization.
Each Account Manager at CBT is an integral part of a collaborative team supported by Inside Sales professionals, industry experts, technical Specialists, operational professionals, and a world-class Marketing team. This collaborative approach is vital to our success, and we are looking for individuals who are approachable, driven, and accountable.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years in a similar role with field experience. Preferable in a distribution company, contractor, or manufacturing environment
