Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Defining and managing project schedules, resources and delivery commitments
- Managing Scrum standup meetings
- Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
- Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
- Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
- Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
- Mitigating and managing project risks and issues
- -Project Budget Management, Project Issue and Risk mitigation
Must have
- Broad IT background with domain experience or knowledge in IT security, user collaboration tools, desktops, networks, application hosting and call centers. Highly motivated with proven success meeting commitments in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence opinion without direct managerial control. Strategic thinker. Customer focused and results driven.
