  • Drive system implementation across internal enterprise platforms or external solutions
  • Establish governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across IT, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deployments
  • Provide executive-level reporting and decision support, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and best practices
  • Act as primary point of contact for software vendors and implementation partners, managing deliverables, timelines, and performance
  • Coordinate across internal and external implementation teams

  • Ensure training planning, coordination, and completion tracking
  • Partner with SMEs or vendors for training delivery
  • Ensure alignment with FDA, ISO, and quality system requirements
  • Support system validation and audit readiness
  • Partner with IT and data teams on migration and architecture
  • Define and track KPIs for adoption and operational impact
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 8-10+ years of technical project/program management experience
  • Experience leading enterprise system implementations or migrations
  • Experience with QMS or quality system processes (CAPA, NC, Audit, Complaints)
  • Strong governance, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing vendors and system integrators
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • PMP or Process Excellence certification (e.g., Six Sigma) required
  • Experience with QMS platforms (e.g., ETQ, ComplianceQuest) preferred
