Who We Are
Our guiding philosophy is our commitment to culinary expertise and socially responsible practices. We are a culture driven to create food that is alive with flavor and nutrition, prepared from scratch using authentic ingredients. We do this in a socially responsible manner for the well-being of our guests, communities, and the environment.
Sustainability drives everything we do, pushing us to innovate ways to eliminate waste, source responsibly produced ingredients, and practice food service in a way that supports our food system.
The Opportunity
Great food deserves great storytelling — and so does the team behind it. As our Internal Communications Manager, you'll be the voice that keeps Bon Appétit employees informed, inspired, and proud of the work we do together every day. You'll craft the messages that connect our teams to our mission, partner with leaders across the organization, and help turn everyday work into a shared story worth telling.
What You'll Do
Get to Know Us:
Dive into our corporate departments, learn what makes Bon Appétit tick, and become a true expert in our industry, our market, and what sets us apart.
Shape Our Internal Voice:
Partner with our Director to build quarterly communication plans, channel strategy, and editorial calendars. Measure what's working through analytics and pulse surveys. Craft authentic emails, newsletters, decks, webcasts, and intranet content that people actually want to read. Own our weekly internal newsletter, making it a must-read moment for employees. Support C-suite and rapid-response communications when the moment calls for it.
Bring People Together
Guide our employee engagement plan alongside HR and Employee Experience. Coordinate companywide webcasts and town halls — from invitations to rehearsals to the recording that lives on afterward.
Be the Connector
Serve as the go-to point person for parent company communications, press materials, and annual events and awards.
Own Our Digital Presence
Keep our intranet fresh, useful, and on-brand. Partner with our Digital Asset Manager to keep great photography flowing to the right channels.
Tell Our Story
Contribute to internal and external storytelling through our blog, magazines, and beyond.
