Job description

  • We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
  • Location: Abercrombie & Fitch Global Home Office - 6301 Fitch Path, New Albany, OH 43054. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time and part time schedule. Open availability required. Hours and days may vary, based on business needs. Further details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous food service, hospitality, catering event planning and execution, and client management experience preferred.
  • Pay Range:  $19.00 per hour to $21.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
