Treasury Sales Officer – North America at Bank of America.Locations include New York, NY; Miami, FL; San Francisco, CA; Charlotte, NC.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions to sophisticated banking clients in the U.S. market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations and drive loyalty.
  • Prospect and identify new client opportunities with U.S. banks.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice to enhance their treasury operations.
  • Engage at every level of the target client organization to drive stakeholder buy‑in to the Bank of America partnership and successfully cross‑sell our solutions.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders—including CBK/IBK bankers, product, client service, global markets, and wholesale credit—to consult on sales opportunities and provide product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
  • Manage and responsibly grow frontline Treasury revenue streams across core cash management, transactional FX, bank notes, trade/trade finance, card, liquidity, and other GPS solutions for the assigned client base.
  • Navigate across regional geographies to drive global solutions for clients and grow the portfolio's global revenue and profits.
  • Coordinate closely with global TSOs in regions outside North America to drive sales to branches and subsidiaries of foreign banks in the U.S.
  • Provide product knowledge to deliver the best possible solution to meet client and prospect needs.
Job Qualifications
  • 10 years of sales experience selling treasury solutions.
  • 5 years of sales experience selling treasury solutions in the bank space.
  • Strong strategic sales ability with an understanding of industry challenges and requirements.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven track record of sales success in the industry.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of USD Clearing products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, economics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. banking regulations in the compliance space, including AML, OFAC, and KYC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams.
Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of traditional trade products (letters of credit/standby letters of credit).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
