Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be part of the Contact Center Technology Development team supporting migration and integration projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

What's the Job?

  • Lead the development of large-scale contact center software solutions, focusing on cloud migration and integration efforts.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy middleware to bridge system gaps and enhance organizational value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Maintain and improve user interfaces, primarily using React, to support long-term vendor offloading strategies.
  • Participate in technical reviews, code quality assurance, and documentation to uphold best practices.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java development and modern tech stacks.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Kafka, and cloud deployment environments such as Cloud Foundry.
  • Experience with contact center technology, including system integrations and middleware development.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and deployment strategies, with familiarity in OCP (OpenShift) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to ask the right questions, and strategic thinking capabilities.
