Job Description Summary

Build a more connected, efficient supply chain by leading high-impact logistics programs that power how products move, return, and are redeployed. At AT&T, we rely on strategic leaders to optimize complex vendor ecosystems, drive operational excellence, and ensure cost-effective, compliant distribution at scale.

As a Lead Logistics Vendor Management professional focused on Reverse Logistics, you will play a critical role in shaping how finished goods are recovered, processed, and reintegrated across the business. You will lead large-scale programs, partner with vendors and internal stakeholders, and bring data-driven insights to improve performance and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

What you'll do:
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead reverse logistics programs for finished goods, scaling operations, building forecasts, establishing processes, and ensuring effective reporting across vendor networks
  • Vendor Management & Performance Oversight: Build and maintain strategic relationships with logistics vendors, monitor performance against service-level targets, and implement corrective actions to drive accountability
  • Process Design & Optimization: Define, design, and implement logistics processes and strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support key business objectives
  • Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Lead vendor contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards; provide supporting financial analysis
  • Project Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead multiple concurrent logistics initiatives, partner with internal stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert supporting supply chain strategy and product launches
  • Analytics & Problem Resolution: Conduct complex financial and operational analysis, develop reporting insights, resolve escalated issues, and support planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
What you'll need:
  • Proven ability to manage reverse logistics operations, including forecasting, inventory flows, and vendor coordination
  • Strong vendor management experience, including performance monitoring, service-level enforcement, and corrective action planning
  • Expertise in logistics process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced financial and operational analysis skills, including cost modeling and performance reporting
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
  • Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced supply chain environment
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management
  • Certification in relevant functional areas (required where applicable)
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs with strategic autonomy and influencing outcomes
  • Proven ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively with senior leadership
