Your Impact
  • Product Vision, Strategy but also Extremely Sharp Execution: Sets the vision and strategy for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) suite and its products proactively across the lifecycles with a "hands on" mentality collaborating with R&D, and the field teams. Candidate must always seek to align his/her vision to the overall goals and objectives, as well as financial strategies, of the organization.
  • Product Strategy: Responsible for the agile roadmap for the product life cycle/s (ideation and formation through execution), specifying the positioning, pricing, differentiation, market competition strategy, and definable value and proof points along each product life cycle and as a suite.
  • Customer Engagement: Deeply understands the challenges, needs and desires of the customer solution that is required to maximize value creation and build excellent product experience. Candidate must think and act in a customer-centric manner and have experience in leading customer advisories and innovation clubs for seeking customer input and feedback and in co-innovating with customers.
  • Transform: Provide transformational leadership supporting a growing and evolving solutions-based commercial and sales organization, enabling the organization to successfully beat the competition with differentiated product innovations in a market that clients demand actual success with the solutions they purchase.
  • People Leadership: This person must be a true leader who is truly comfortable leading from the front but also by example and ensuring to work hard and in such a way that the employees and staff truly want to follow this leader. The candidate will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent and they will also be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class organization that continuously attracts and retains talent.

What You'll Need
  • 10+ years of progressive, product-centric technology leadership with a distinguished record of taking complex, enterprise products from early-stage development through scalable, commercial market launch.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (MBA preferred); deep grounding in plant operations within industrial and manufacturing environments.
  • Strategic understanding of AI-enabled and cloud-based platforms, with proven ability to incorporate modern cloud architectures into long-term product and portfolio strategy.
  • Recognized expertise in process-industry customer needs, including process engineering and operational excellence.
  • Extensive experience leading product management organizations, with demonstrated success building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing, multi-layered teams using modern product management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to define and clearly articulate product vision, multi-year roadmaps, and investment priorities to executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to rapidly assess how solutions integrate into customer technology ecosystems and translate that insight into monetization strategies and sustained revenue growth.
  • Advanced analytical and decision-making capability, leveraging customer insights, competitive intelligence, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive strategic recommendations at the enterprise level.
  • Working knowledge of process and manufacturing systems, including process historians (e.g., AspenTech IP.21, APRM), EAM, ERP, and MES platforms.
