Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent and become the welcoming face of our organization! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and attention to detail will help create a positive environment that reflects our commitment to excellent service. Whether managing multi-line phone systems or coordinating office operations, your proactive approach will keep everything running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience (required)
  • Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Choice Advantage, etc.) preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and cash handling skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with [Choice Hotels / Marriott / Hilton]
  • Bilingual is a plus
