Sr. Program Manager: Global Business Marketing, Developer Marketing
Aquent Studios is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a critical partner, supporting a leading global technology company that is at the forefront of innovation. In this essential role, you will play a pivotal part in operationalizing marketing go-to-market efforts for innovative business products and solutions, particularly those aimed at developers. We are looking for an experienced professional who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in aligning numerous moving pieces within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management discipline, clear communication, and a proactive, follow-through mindset. You will anticipate needs, flag risks early, and ensure that work is delivered on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing operations for product launches, ensuring all elements are strategically aligned and executed.
  • Gather comprehensive work requirements across multiple launches, prioritizing based on critical business needs and available resources.
  • Collaborate with diverse marketing functions to oversee the successful delivery of planned activities.
  • Organize and align daily activities with overarching product launch goals and strategic objectives.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, share insights, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Drive the development and scaling of best practices, templates, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to improving program processes and workflows, and support strategic projects such as annual planning and collaboration model development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of marketing project or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience across various marketing channels, including creative development, media campaigns, social media, email campaigns, web, and events, along with marketing performance measurement.
  • Proven track record of driving and delivering complex marketing programs from inception through successful delivery.
  • Experience in fostering cross-functional alignment within highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong ability to build comprehensive workback schedules and trackers, effectively managing timelines for multiple projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail across concurrent projects.
  • A clear, proactive communicator who champions follow-through and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B technology marketing.
  • Prior experience with a leading global technology company is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with developer and enterprise marketing strategies.
  • Experience spanning both brand and growth/performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate advanced tools to optimize and redesign workflows, with measurable impact on efficiency gains or quality improvements.

Compensation Range: $135,000-$145,000 DOE
