At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with extensive compensation and/or rewards consulting experience in or around professional services, strong data and analytical skills, and a track record of independently developing client relationships, originating and closing data product and advisory sales, and leading complex client engagements. This person will also play a key role in developing our more junior colleagues.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple client engagements, working with a team in the delivery of high-quality client solutions. You will also play an important role in developing the technical/consulting skills of our team members, especially in the areas of job architecture and career leveling frameworks, modelling cash compensation programs and equity compensation to align with our client's business and HR strategy.
