Job description

Ouvrant la voie de la transition énergétique, Alstom développe et commercialise des solutions de mobilité qui constituent des fondations durables pour l’avenir du transport. Son portefeuille de produits comprend notamment des trains à grande vitesse, des métros, le monorail, des trams et des bus électriques ainsi que des systèmes intégrés, des services sur mesure, de l’infrastructure, des solutions de signalisation et des solutions de mobilité numériques. Alstom compte 150 000 véhicules en service commercial à travers le monde. Avec l’intégration de Bombardier Transport le 29 janvier 2021, le chiffre d’affaires combiné du nouveau Groupe a atteint 14 milliards d’euros pour la période de 12 mois close le 31 mars 2021. Basé en France, Alstom est désormais présent dans 70 pays et emploie plus de 70 000 personnes dans le monde.

Notre plus récent projet est le Réseau express métropolitain (REM). REM sera le quatrième plus grand système de transport automatisé au monde une fois terminé et est également le plus important projet de transport en commun au Québec depuis le métro de Montréal. Le futur réseau intégré reliera le centre-ville de Montréal, les rives sud et nord, l'ouest de l'île et l'aéroport.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Continuer et maintenir la plannification du materiel dans l'ERP suite aux mises a jour de BOQ / BOM ou nouveaux planning
  • Suivi de la facturation pour les achats directs de l'equipe de Montreal
  • Participer la gestion de stock et d'inventaire et alerter en cas de besoin
  • Etendre le materiel dans le systeme afin de pouvoir passer des commandes
  • Faire les demandes d'achat direct ou intra entreprise pour le projet du REM en accord avec les besoins et faire un suivi avec les equipes achats
  • Participer activement a l'atteinte des objectifs communs du departement Supply Chain et Sourcing (OTIF, Niveau d'inventaire, couverture des besoins, reparations, NCR, ...

Participation aux projets :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes (Sourcing, Installation, T&C, Qualite, ...)
  • Promouvoir le Code d'Ethique d'Alstom et adhérer aux normes de conduite éthique les plus élevées

PROFIL REQUIS :

  • Baccalauréat en Achat ou Chaine d'Approvisionnement ou experience signifficative similaire
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum en Chaine d'Approvisionnement
  • Expérience avec SAP, obligatoire
  • Expérience dans l'industrie ferroviaire, un atout
  • Avoir de solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite et des compétences interpersonnelles
  • Agir avec un esprit d'équipe
  • Etre proactif et etre apable de prendre des initiatives
  • Capable de gérer plusieurs priorités de manière autonome et de respecter les délais
  • Parler couramment le français et l'anglais
