  • Adhering to safety protocols and reporting any identified risks to management.

  • Reading, understanding, and creating test plans, procedures, and technical documentation.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on testing experience with signalling systems.

  • Experience in writing and reviewing test procedures and technical reports.

  • Knowledge of Canadian Railway Operating Rules (CROR) is an asset.

  • Metrolinx Personal Track Safety certification is an asset.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

  • Flexibility to work full-time on night shifts, weekends, and in various weather conditions.

  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

  • Fit to work in the field in live rail environment.
  • Work location could be across different rail corridors and flexibility to travel is a requirement.

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines.

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling.

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues.

  • Contribute to innovative projects.

  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment.

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries.

  • Benefit from our investment in your development through award-winning learning.

  • Progress towards team lead roles.
