Join Our Team as a Learning Development Specialist

Are you passionate about fostering growth and development? Join our dynamic team in Auburn Hills, MI, a vibrant community known for its innovation and strategic location. We are seeking a motivated Learning Development Specialist to support our Talent – Learning & Development organization in North America.

Responsibilities
  • Become a level 2 LMS Administrator in Cornerstone LMS
  • Review and update SOPs for LMS Admins
  • Provide technical support and answer queries for North America Manufacturing Plant LMS Admins and Health & Safety LMS Admins
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for new LMS Admins
  • Train LMS Admins on Articulate Rise for course content updates or creation
  • Assist in pushing and tracking mandatory training for Blue Collar employees
  • Review "Access Rate” in the global reporting tool for Blue Collar employees
  • Create a reporting process to train LMS Admins on completions and "access rate” metrics
  • Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities by updating SOPs and creating training videos
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration
  • Experience with Articulate 360
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Self-directed and motivated
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
