Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to key business leaders, translating complex data into clear insights.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by setting realistic timelines and proactively communicating updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by working with various data sources and validating reports
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement additional data needs based on business requirements and feedback, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholder
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.
• Stay updated with Power BI and data analytics best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of full-time experience
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report building)
• Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and effectively prioritizing competing projects to ensure timely and impactful delivery of insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and implement data models for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, or forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth
• Solid understanding of business analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics
