This role collaborates cross-functionally to build strategy, define scope, and lead execution of initiatives that support host onboarding, continuous learning, and long-term development throughout the host journey.

Aligned with Airbnb's highest-priority company goals, these initiatives take the form of scalable solutions-such as in-product content, webinars, workshops, articles, and online toolkits-designed to meet diverse learning styles and contexts in a way that is globally consistent and locally relevant. Each educational touchpoint is conceived as part of a broader, holistic system that shapes host success through education and  recognition.

  • Cultivate strong  cross-functional relationships (Product, Marketing, Data Science, Policy, Design, Customer Support, Community, Supply) to influence priorities, align roadmaps, and deliver work that strengthens host development and broader business goals.
  • Proactively lead programs to deliver on impact by effectively scoping work, ensuring stakeholder alignment, sequencing large-scale initiatives, removing obstacles, formulating viable solutions, and producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide clear and compelling communication of program strategy, performance, and impact to cross-functional partners and senior/executive leadership.
  • Partner with production and editorial teams in the hands-on creative production and detailed execution to deliver high-quality, on-brand educational content and experiences including: webinars, videos, articles, in-product content, live events, and toolkits.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Senior leader with 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, Education, or Program Management.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving results in a matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in conceiving, designing, and facilitating educational content and programs for adults or professional audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect broader business goals to precise detail-oriented execution.
  • Strong data and analytics acumen, experience leveraging insights to guide decisions and optimize program impact.
  • Exceptional communicator, skilled at engaging diverse audiences including executive leadership and external partners.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, influencing key partners, and aligning teams around clear priorities.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex global programs at scale while balancing competing priorities and resources.
