• Develop and execute account plans that align client business objectives with Acxiom solutions, capabilities, and services to deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Deliver revenue run rate, renewal, profitability, bookings, and incremental growth targets across the assigned book of business.
• Identify, qualify, and close growth opportunities, including renewals, expansion, upsell, cross-sell, new use cases, and additional lines of business.
• Build trusted executive relationships and maintain consistent, high-quality communication across client stakeholders and Acxiom leadership.
• Lead client business reviews and strategic planning discussions that demonstrate value delivered, identify new priorities, and advance the partnership.
• Serve as the client advocate inside Acxiom, ensuring client expectations are understood, risks are proactively managed, and issues are resolved with urgency and accountability.
• Maintain an accurate forecast, opportunity pipeline, account plan, and client records in Salesforce and other required systems.
• Lead or support contract negotiations, statements of work, renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial escalation points in partnership with legal, finance, delivery, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional support across delivery, product, data, engineering, analytics, finance, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure the client receives the right expertise at the right time.
• Bring a consultative, value-based approach to client conversations by connecting Acxiom's data, identity, analytics, technology, and service offerings to client growth, efficiency, and customer experience goals.
• Monitor client satisfaction, delivery health, adoption, and value realization, proactively addressing risks that could impact retention, growth, or the client experience.
• Operate with independence and ownership while knowing when and how to engage the broader team to remove barriers, accelerate decisions, and deliver successful outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Demonstrated success owning large, complex client relationships with accountability for revenue, retention, growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and lead strategic conversations tied to measurable business impact.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with forecasting, pipeline management, renewals, contract negotiations, pricing, and account profitability.
• Experience developing account plans and converting client priorities into growth strategies, solution roadmaps, and actionable opportunities.
• Ability to operate independently as the account owner while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to listen, diagnose, frame business challenges, and position Acxiom capabilities in a compelling, outcome-oriented way.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, presentation, and executive presence skills.
• Understanding of data, identity, analytics, marketing technology, digital transformation, managed services, or related solution areas.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:
