Data Entry Support

About the Job

Seeking a contractor to assist with data entry into SNAP-Ed's Program Evaluation and Reporting System (PEARS) including, but not limited to, all Policy, System, Environmental (PSE) data, behavior and other program activity data for FY23

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data procedures as outlined by the Georgia SNAP-Ed plan
  • Enter required PEARS data following date entry schedule as provided by SNAP-Ed state coordinator
  • Meet regularly with the Evaluation Specialist to ensure integrity and accuracy in all reported data
  • Manage and provide historical PEARS exports as requested to identify trends in data for both behaviors and PSEs and communicate findings
  • Completely quarterly PEARS data cleaning exports
  • Collaborate with Evaluation Specialist and necessary staff in efforts to streamline PEARS data entry

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience with advanced data management including, but not limited to, storing, organizing and maintain data files
  • Strong abilities to organize and maintain complex datasets
  • Advanced attention to detail
  • Ability to utilize and learn variety of data software programs including PEARS
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite
