We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Nutraceutical Ingredient Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires an understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, market trends, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the nutraceuticals sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and R&D teams.
  • Educate clients on Navada Imports’ product offerings, highlighting quality, applications, and benefits.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging needs, and competitive insights.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for client orders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
 
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
