Our team is looking for an MRO Sales Manager to join them. You will report to the MRO Commercial Director and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.

To be considered for the MRO Sales Manager opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in the Commercial Aerospace MRO industry.

Proven experience in technical sales, or an equivalent role working with demanding customers while driving top-line growth.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage senior-level clients and internal teams.

Strong understanding of aerospace component repair processes and regulatory standards.

Proficient in using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365.

A proactive, accountable mindset with a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

As an MRO Sales Manager, you will:

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to boost organic sales with key partners and customers in the aerospace MRO sector.

Maintain a sharp focus on converting quotes and sales campaigns into confirmed orders.

Cultivate and expand senior-level business relationships with existing and prospective target customers.

Leverage CRM tools to effectively monitor and manage your sales pipeline and opportunities.

Proactively drive sales growth in a high-profile territory, owning full accountability for meeting annual performance targets

Exhibit a results-oriented mindset to deliver measurable sales outcomes and sustained business growth.

Analyze and utilize historical sales data and other sources to identify new leads.

Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Service staff, and internal stakeholders to articulate and present compelling sales strategies.
