We have an immediate opening for an attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing municipal transactional law, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, dealing with open meeting laws, land use and planning, conflicts of interest, free speech regulations, public safety issues, election law matters, and other issues surrounding public agency clients.  Experience handling public meetings essential. Candidates must be licensed in California. 

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 3 or more years of experience is $127,500 - $185,000.  The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.  We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
