Engine Controls Calibration Engineer

Chillicothe, IL | Onsite | Full-Time

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Engine Controls Calibration Engineer to join our team in Chillicothe, IL. Position Overview

As an Engine Controls Calibration Engineer, you will join a large, global engine controls team and contribute across the full lifecycle of engine control systems - from researching new algorithms to supporting long-standing products already in the field. You will apply feedback controls knowledge for dynamic systems to design, calibrate, and validate advanced controllers, working with real engine hardware in the engine labs to push engine performance limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform control systems calibration in simulation and on-engine test environments
  • Analyze and present engine data
  • Take work direction from a technical lead and collaborate with peers, both within the team and across process partners
Work Environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience is required
  • Feedback control of dynamic systems
  • Control systems design and analysis using MATLAB/Simulink
  • Strong problem-solving skills through root cause analysis
