Job description

Supervise staff, oversee, and direct activities of all assigned division i.e. patrol and investigations in protecting and serving the members of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. This position is responsible for enforcement of Federal, Tribal and State Laws, codes, ordinances and regulations relating to the assigned area.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or related field; minimum of intermediate and supervisory DPSST Certification; 5-years of law enforcement or criminal justice experience; 1-year supervisory DPSST experience; 1-year experience with community groups. Must have no misdemeanor convictions within 1 year, possess a valid Oregon driver's license and be at least 21 years of age. Must submit to pre-employment drug/alcohol screening. Will be required to submit and pass an in-depth background, character and financial investigation per PL 101-630 (Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act). Must also submit and pass a physiological exam and physical fitness test.
