Trainer

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN)

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Trainer to support onboarding and development of Intake Specialists. This role will be responsible for delivering training programs in collaboration with client leadership to ensure staff are fully prepared to perform in a high-volume, customer-facing environment. Required travel to other client offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with client stakeholders to deliver onboarding and training programs for Intake Specialists
  • Facilitate new hire training sessions, including system navigation, processes, and customer service expectations
  • Ensure training content is clear, consistent, and aligned with operational requirements
  • Support staff during onboarding by reinforcing best practices and performance expectations
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to Intake Specialists
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance staff readiness and performance
  • Promote a positive and engaging learning environment

Qualifications

  • Work onsite with travel to client offices throughout Maricopa County; mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Experience in training, onboarding, or staff development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain processes clearly and effectively in a structured learning environment
  • Experience working in human services, public sector, or customer-facing roles preferred
