Job Profile
Position Overview PNC is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support multicultural brand marketing efforts, with a primary focus on the U.S. Hispanic segment—one of the fastest growing customer segments in the country.
This role will work closely with the Senior Manager, Multicultural Brand Marketing to help execute campaigns that build awareness, relevance, and consideration of PNC within Hispanic communities nationwide. The Specialist will contribute to the development and activation of culturally resonant, Spanish-first and bilingual marketing initiatives aligned to PNC’s brand platform, Brillantemente Aburrido.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
· Support the execution of multicultural marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.
· Assist in adapting PNC’s broader brand platform into culturally relevant, Spanish-first and bilingual messaging.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver high-quality creative and assets.
· Help manage project timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Creative & Cultural Support
· Contribute to the development of creative briefs and provide input grounded in Hispanic cultural insights, language nuance, and audience understanding.
· Review Spanish language creative for authenticity, clarity, and consistency.
· Stay attuned to cultural trends, media consumption habits, and community dynamics to inform work.
Measurement & Reporting
· Assist in tracking campaign performance and brand metrics (awareness, consideration, engagement, etc.).
· Support development of reporting materials by compiling data, organizing insights, and helping build clear narratives.
· Help ensure campaigns are optimized based on performance learnings.
Cross-Functional Coordination
· Partner with teams across media, analytics, retail, and corporate communications to support integrated execution.
· Maintain strong organization and communication across stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
· Support logistical coordination for campaign launches, activations, and key initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
· 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field; relevant internship experience strongly considered.
· Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal); comfort reviewing Spanish-language content required.
· Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
· Demonstrated interest in multicultural marketing and/or the Hispanic consumer segment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to contribute ideas and collaborate effectively.
· Financial services experience not required; curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.

  • Under direct supervision, assists in the coordination of basic marketing program execution.
  • Develops a strong understanding of existing marketing strategies and ability to implement established programs/initiatives.
  • Assists in the coordination and execution of marketing programs/initiatives, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Assists in data collection and synthesis in order to identify trends.
  • Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.
  • Follows established processes and protocols including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
