Job Summary:
Intellisoft Technologies is seeking a skilled Zuken E3 Administrator to join their team. The role involves managing and optimizing engineering tools and processes, specifically focusing on Zuken E3 software administration and support.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the subject matter expert and tool owner for Zuken E3 and DS-E3 software stack.
• Administer and support Zuken E3 and related tools, ensuring seamless operation.
• Provide helpdesk support to end users for E3 and DS-E3.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including processes, procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve bugs, implement fixes, and prioritize Lam-specific needs.
• Plan and execute upgrade schedules and roadmaps for Zuken products.
• Create user training materials, how-to guides, and best-known methods (BKMs).
• Provide backup support for Cadence OrCAD and Allegro.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in E3 Cable Design
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in administering Zuken E3
• Strong understanding of E3 configuration, installation, and automation (scripting)
• Experience working with Remote Apps and Virtual Machines
Preferred:
• Experience managing CAD infrastructure (servers, databases, file shares)
• Knowledge of managing E3 data in DS-E3
• Familiarity with Zuken for Pneumatics and Fluids
• Experience with service desk systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Proficiency in other CAD tools, integrations, and data management operations
• Understanding of Model-Based Definition (MBE) concepts
• Experience with exporting/importing E3 data for 3D routing of cables and wire harnesses
• Knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Management Studio
• Experience with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro
