Job description

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking to hire an experienced Welder to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to perform precision welds on tubes, both round and square.

Location: Plant City, FL
Hourly Rate: $22.65
Schedule: Morning Shift (starting at 6:00 AM) | Full-Time | Fast-Paced
Overtime: Mandatory OT every day Mon-Fri depending on workload (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute precision MIG welding tasks.
  • Read and interpret work instructions and prints.
  • Utilize a tape measure accurately.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
